Everybody want to get lower interest rate on a credit card. So today, I want to share to you all on how to get lower rate on your existing account.

  1. First of all, you must Call the institutions at which you have existing credit card accounts. It is better if you ask them so that they can  convert your account to the lowest available rate and inform them that you will with them for longtime business.
  2. If your existing credit company would not satisfy you in terms of service or charge, Search for a company with better rates. Via  mail or contact local banks, Look for solicitations or even  You can  contact either  MasterCard or Visa  and ask them how many  list of preferred issuers they have.
  3. Contact via phone/ mail to companies in which you are interested in applying the credit card. Ask them whether you can send the application via fax,internet or even by phone.
  4. within 10 business days after you complete and submit the application, you should have an answer . And you shoild Call them  if you haven’t received any response from them.
  5. If your request is denied, the company is required to give you an explanation in writing. You are also entitled to a free copy of your credit report. Your denial letter should explain how you can obtain this. If it does not, contact the credit card company directly and ask for assistance.
  6. The company will give an explanation in writing format when your applicaiton was rejected for free of your credit report. In that letter, the company will give you an option  on how to solve the problem.If not, you should contact them directly and ask them for the solution.
